User Eligibility

• To use the Services of 555r5, you must be 21 years of age or older.
• You must not reside in or access the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming and betting is prohibited by law.
• You have not previously been banned or suspended from 555r5.
• You will operate the account in your own name, with your own funds, and entirely at your own discretion.
• Each person may open only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, all accounts may be closed and balances forfeited.

Age Verification

555r5 may request documents for age verification at any time. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete. Providing false information will result in account termination and forfeiture of the balance.

Registration Process

• All information provided at the time of registration must be complete, accurate, and up to date.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your account username and password confidential.
• Any activity carried out from your account will be considered your responsibility.
• If you notice any unauthorised access to your account, you must notify us immediately at [email protected].
• 555r5 reserves the right to reject any registration application without notice and without giving a reason.

Accuracy of Information & Verification

555r5 may request identity documents, proof of address, or other documents for verification at any time. Failure to provide the required documents may result in the account being temporarily suspended or closed.

Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 for each payment method.
• Accepted payment methods at 555r5: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used. Deposits via third parties are not allowed.
• Deposit amounts should appear in your account immediately; if there is a delay due to a technical issue, please contact [email protected].

Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawal processing time is generally 5–30 minutes; in certain cases, verification may cause additional delays.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing bonus-related winnings (see Section 04 below for details).
• In the event of suspicious activity, 555r5 reserves the right to hold withdrawals and conduct an investigation.

Welcome Bonus Terms

• New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000.
• Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus — total balance ৳2,000. Deposit ৳12,000 or more and receive the maximum ৳5,000 bonus — total balance ৳17,000.
• The wagering requirement on the bonus is 20 times (calculated on the bonus amount only, not on deposit + bonus).
• Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before withdrawing winnings from the bonus.
• The bonus is awarded once only and is non-transferable.

General Bonus Policy

• 555r5 may change, suspend, or cancel the bonus programme at any time.
• Misuse of bonuses through multiple accounts or by exploiting system vulnerabilities will result in the bonus being cancelled and the account suspended.
• If 555r5 determines that bonus usage is irregular, it reserves the right to cancel promotional benefits and deduct the related winnings.

VIP Program

Regular players can participate in a five-tier VIP programme ranging from Bronze to Diamond. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier (Bronze: up to 0.2%, Silver: up to 0.5%, Gold: up to 0.7%, Platinum: up to 1.0%, Diamond: up to 1.2%). The detailed terms of VIP benefits are subject to change, and 555r5 reserves the right to modify the VIP programme at any time.

Betting Rules

• Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Any bet or transaction completed as a result of a technical error or malfunction may be considered void.
• Attempting to corrupt or improperly influence game results is prohibited.
• In the event of a dispute over any game result, 555r5's server logs will serve as the final evidence.

Sports Betting

• All markets and odds displayed are provided for informational purposes; live odds may change depending on circumstances.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, the relevant bet will be settled in accordance with the settlement policy.
• 555r5 reserves the right to void any bet where a suspicious betting pattern is detected.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Money laundering or transacting using funds obtained illegally.
• Using bots, scripts, or automated software to play games or place bets.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Stealing another user's information or operating an account through fraudulent means.
• Harassment, obscenity, or hateful behaviour on the platform.
• Placing bets or making deposits on a loved one's account as a third party.

• If a breach of these Terms is established, all balances in the account may be forfeited.
• Even after an account is closed, investigations into money laundering or fraud may continue.

• You may request the closure of your account at any time by emailing [email protected].
• Any withdrawable balance remaining before account closure will be returned to your registered payment method, provided all wagering requirements have been met.
